Most good entertainers have a professional website with contact information and clear payment and delivery rules, so when you contact them, be advised clearly and plainly on terms and delivery. If you enter into a contract, make sure both parties understand it and the contract's cancellation policies, and stay in contact with the entertainers leading up to the event.

When it comes time for the show, enjoy! Provide them with important basic needs, like enough space for their performance, and bottled water and a set-up area to prepare, but your work is done. Fire entertainment is a sure-fire fascinating way to liven up any corporate or private party.
