Short after the release of MTK6575/MTK6577 Single & Dual Core Cortex A9 1-1. 2Ghz per core with PowerVR Sgx531 Ultra GPU built using 40nm technology, They have released 2 new CPUs which are MTK6583 Dual Core and MTK6588 Quad Core. They are built using the 28nm technology, Going to have Cortex A9 1. 2ghz per core CPU and PowerVR Sgx544 GPU. Also they will come with a faster connectivity and higher resolution screen support. After the release of RK3066 which consist of Dual Core Cortex A9 CPU 1. 6Ghz per core and Quad Core Mali400mp4 GPU built using 40nm, They have released their new RK31xx series CPU which is a Dual Core Cortex A9 built using 28nm technology.
